At this stage, all of our events are set to go ahead as scheduled so long as we have been given full approval by the local health authorities and State government. If an event is going to be cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID, all patrons will be notified at the time.

We acknowledge the incredible and critical importance of ensuring the health and safety of all attendees and the broader public, and the event will proceed only if there is complete confidence it is safe to do so. Zaccaria Concerts and Touring is in regular communications with the relevant local and state authorities and COVID-19 Safety Plans have been prepared for each individual city.

All events will be compliant with directions of each state’s Health Department. We can assure you that we are committed to meeting the highest level of health and safety protocols for the duration of your experience from arrival to departure.

Should any of the events be unable to proceed on the original advertised date due to COVID restrictions, they will be moved to a planned backup date. Patrons will be urged to keep their ticket as it will be valid to use on the rescheduled date. Of course those unable to attend on the rescheduled date will have the opportunity to seek a refund within 30 days of the notification of the date change. If a concert is outright cancelled and no longer proceeding at all, patrons will be refunded in full.

If you have a BY THE C ticket, please keep an eye out for our communications which will be:

- Via Email to the patron that purchased the tickets.
- On our website under EVENT INFO for each individual show.
- On our social media. Our Facebook page is: www.facebook.com/bythecaustralia

Please keep a regular check on the EVENT INFO pages for each show, for any important updated information.

Due to COVID 19, some restrictions or impositions may be forced upon us at the last minute. This could include things like the seating arrangements, limitations to queues, items that can and cannot be brought into the venue, social distancing measures, time changes, artist changes and so on. Please continually check this EVENT INFO page and our other communications platforms such as our social media pages, and please keep an eye out for email or SMS communication in the days prior to the event.

Some of the things we are doing to make our events safe:

  • Choice of Digital tickets - so we can scan your ticket on your phone at the entrance without having to make any contact.
  • Regular touchpoint cleaning
  • Additional Bar, Food & Sanitary facilities
  • Additional Staffing – Security and Event staff to help manage social distancing onsite
  • COVIDSafe officer to ensure compliance
  • Hand Sanitiser stations
  • Increased communications to patrons and staff
  • Additional medical facilities and staffing where appropriate.

VACCINATIONS

Our events will be run in accordance with applicable Government directions, orders, regulations or guidance associated with COVID-19 in place at the time of the event, which are fluid and may change. These requirements may include but are not limited to proof of vaccination, QR Code Check In and possibly other measures enforced by the relevant government authorities. Unless required by applicable law, refunds will not be required as a result of following the conditions of or changes to any applicable Government directions, orders, regulations or guidance associated with COVID-19.

Our position as a national promoter and organiser of concerts is this - yes, we would like to see as many people as possible get vaccinated. However, we also understand it’s an individual choice and some people have very good reasons as to why they do not wish to be vaccinated.

Please check for updates from your local state government.
